Hideaway’s story
Founded by Alec Boyd and Jason Borkowski, Hideaway was built as the alternative studio for DIY musicians. Small and intentional by design. Tucked behind a music school and rehearsal space on Williamson Creek, surrounded by live oaks, inside one of the last spaces in Austin where bands still come to play every day. The overhead stays low so we can focus on the work instead of the clock.
